If you wish to place an ad on this blog/website, please contact tom@tomslatin.com with the subject Advertising.
- Unless otherwise specified, all advertising must be 120 X 120 pixels to be displayed in the sidebar. Your ad will appear on every page on TomSlatin.com.
- All ads run continuously for the specified period after payment has been accepted.
- TomSlatin.com and its owners have the right to refuse advertising for any reason, and to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
- There will be NO REFUNDS given at any time, for any reason, even if you cancel your ad, or it is terminated by us. All sales are final.
- You must supply your own artwork and link-to address at the time of purchase; no ads will be run until this information is received.
- The price for advertising will be $100 per 30 days. Discounts will be given as follows: 180 days for $500, or 365 days for $900. All prices are in United States Dollars, and may be paid for through PayPal. You will not be charged for an ad if it runs beyond the expiration date due to our error or failure to remove it.
- Once the ad is run, you may not cancel or modify your ad in any way.
- Terms and conditions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Space permitting, we may have to postpone your ad run until there are ad slots open. We will do our best to notify you prior to payment, if this is the case.
- TomSlatin.com will never be held liable for any damages whatsoever as a direct or indirect result of this service.
