Rates
Rates are $50 an hour, but are negotiable* depending on the scope of the project and your situation. Please note that you are paying me for my time, not the number of photos taken or web pages created.

I will take photos of just about anything, though I prefer not to photograph weddings or events.
I refuse to take photos of anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or legal guardian present. Also, I refuse to take photos of an artistic nude nature of anyone who is under the age of 21. In these special cases, valid identification will be needed.

Delivery of Finished Product
You have many options when you hire me.
Website Design & Hosting
I can arrange for your website and/or domain name to be hosted through DreamHost.com, or through the website host of your choosing, for a nominal fee.It may be possible to place your website on a CD or DVD, but this is not recommended.
Photography
I can host your images FREE forever at photo.tomslatin.com. You will need a username and password of your choice to access your photos. There is no fee for bandwidth or disk usage.Another option is to save all of the photos to CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. This is perfect for folks who wish to share the photos with others through the Internet. You can also take the CD or DVD to a photofinisher to have them printed. Saving your photos to a CD or DVD is FREE.
The last option is to have your photos printed professionally, and framed if desired. I can do this for you for a small fee, in addition to the cost of the photos and/or frames. The turnaround can take up to a week or more.
You have the option of any, or all methods of delivery as stated above at no extra charge.
Availability
My hours are flexible and I can work anytime of the day or night and on any day of the week. I am available to travel. Traveling is my specialty. If I am needed to travel out of the area, travel expenses might be added to the cost of my services. This will need to be discussed with you and agreed upon before any plans are made.
Payment
Since every project is different, I prefer to charge by the hour, unless other arrangements are finalized prior to any services being rendered.
I accept checks, money orders, cash (of course!), and PayPal.
* Discounts available for seniors (65+) and non-profit organizations. Discount is 10% off hourly rate.
