My Fascination With Rolling Ball Sculptures
As far as my knowledge serves me, I have only seen, in person, two rolling ball sculptures built by George Rhoads. The first was at the Champlain Center Mall in Plattsburgh, New York. The second, named Zac, I saw at the Zippo museum in Bradford, Pennsylvania. I could spend hours (literally) watching these things in motion. Click the thumbnails for larger-size images.

Thomas, I just ran across this photo slideshow and it made me think of many of your abandoned buildings photos. Check it out.

Hope all is well my friend.

This is amazing, Kyle! Thanks for sharing! Just so you know, one of the things on My Life To-Do List is to explore an abandoned resort hotel. Well, I did this recently, and in a short time, even these photos will be added to the website.
Thanks again for sharing! I’m going to post this on Twitter as well as Stumbleupon. If you are on these sites, please let me know.
PS I saw 2 more rolling ball sculptures the other day… The photos will be added in a few days.
TTYL!
Thomas
