  1. That’s the whole essence of journalism, writing or putting out to the public what others want concealed.

  2. George is very correct. His statement highlights the link between public relations and journalism, which are becoming increasingly intertwined in our daily life now. Thanks for this post TOM.

  3. I think almost everyone has a skewed misconception of what journalism is nowadays. While in itself correct, unscrupulous and sometimes biased journalists weave their own version of the truths being presented, usually to further their own political, religious, or even just very personal beliefs. And I find that kind of sad.

  4. Journalism is they report of issues that are protected by the original owner but made public by professionals through photo, media, news or even articles. Nice quote

  5. Journalism is all about being brave enough to cover what people are afraid to. I couldn’t have put it better myself.

  6. Journalists put their lives on the line everyday to share their stories with the world. I tip my hat to them!

  7. I stand with this statement and I hope they could only put out the truth, nothing but the truth than tarnishing peoples hard earn reputation.

  8. If you are talking about sensationalism then II agree. It is a bad practice but it is pretty much part of the system. I disagree as well to a degree because news deserves to be positive too and could be. Not everything needs to be explicit.
