HLS - The Letters Of Harvey L. Slatin

5 March 1990

Hey, they’re, Udo!–

According to your letter you will be in Claremont from the 12th to the 18th of April.

Easter Sunday is the 15th, and is a family observance with us, so we will not be able to leave Sacramento until the 16th.  We usually take two days to travel to Southern California, so we will arrive at Griswold’s Motel in Claremont late in the afternoon of the 17th.  You didn’t make it clear whether the 12th through the 18th were open days or you would fly out on the 12th and back on the 18th, leaving the 13th through 17th open.  (See enclosed questionnaire.)

We will combine the trip to Claremont with a visit to some friends who live in Anaheim Hills, after the get-together with you.  This will not be billed to you.

Please return the enclosed friendly questionnaire in the enclosed friendly return envelope as soon as possible, so we can negotiate reservations down and back.

Over and out.
