    For my case, I either engage in family talks or good video gaming with friends. I have noticed it’s far more better to be with friends.

    People cope with their own anguish in many different ways. It’s something we cannot really be judgmental about if they choose dangerous roads, but the least we can do is help them when they do ask. And I agree, writing is a lovely form of therapy.

    Everyone copes differently. It is just sad that some turn to drugs. It is also admirable for some people to do great things when they have to face a thing of the past.

    Writing is proven and tested way to help you release and ease pain. You can always shout your heart out through words in writing. Writing is always better than drugs.
