Dear Sir or Madam:
I wish to complain specifically in regards to a package of glazed buffalo wings. You see, my friends and I find your wings to be the freshest, and highest of quality, which makes them a very good value for our dollar.  The package stated that it contained 12 pieces of wings.  So, since we were having a party at my residence, I picked up two packages, one of glazed wings, and one of buffalo wings, in addition to two other incidentals that I needed for my refrigerator. When my friends arrived, we reheated the packaged wings in the microwave and we were having a pretty good time until one of my friends noticed that one of the packages looked like it hadn’t been filled all the way. Unfortunately, the package of glazed wings only had 7 wings, when it should have contained 12.

I have enclosed a copy of the original sales receipt that proves that I purchased both of these items as stated above.  I hope that you will be able to correct the situation in a timely manner as my friends and I are huge fans of your wings and we do quite a bit of shopping at your supermarket despite the fact that it takes about 30 minutes to drive to your location.

Sincerely,
Thomas Slatin
