I have a process for everything. Especially when it comes to pancakes. I like the top pancake to get the same amount of butter and syrup as the middle and bottom one.
It could mean different things. But for me, I think we need to treat everybody with the same respect whether they are at the top class of society, middle or even at the bottom.

I eat pancakes too??? Anyway, to me it just means that if you do something put your mind into it. See it all the way. Do not do it half baked.

I can translate this to mean that we should apply hardwork to all that concerns us. No area of our life should be left undone.

oohh pancakes are best smothered in butter and syrup! But if you add fruits on your pancakes, it’s okay to go easy on the syrup.

I love my pancake without butter though.but I think this will be about doing all things equally and having equality of things.

I love what you said about having a process for everything. I could say the same thing about myself.

Not having a process for anything is setting up yourself for disaster. Failing to plan is planning to fail, in other words.

Great inspiration there . I also like to have a personal way of doing things and be at point where i can identify with what i’m doing.
