What was the longest amount of time you have spent waiting on line for something? What was it, and was it worth the wait?
Okay here comes a tricky one, for me it will have to be at the bank. I was going to pay my fees so of course it was worth it. When i took a ticket and saw i was number 280 and there indicated in bold was i had 50 customers ahead of me and estimated amount of time to wait would be 2 hours.
I was waiting to be served when I got my first job. I had to wait for like 5hrs to get all documents signed and be done orientations.
I waited almost three hours to get a replacement document. Once it was my turn there was a network disruption which forced me to leave and find some other day to go queue again.
I was at the bank for almost two hours waiting to cash some funds.. I had no choice..
That would be when I waited for my ex boyfriend when I was in HS. I stood at the airport for 4 hours but no one showed up. It was frustrating sure but looking at it now. I learned not to let people down due to it. I will never say its a good thing because its not but at least I learned something from it.
I can ordering for food I waited for more two hours to get my package of food. I almost slapped the delivery guy when he came around.
Last year I had to wait 2 hours in line at the DMV for a license renewal. I was well served in the end and I got what I wanted. It was worth the wait.
Many times I have to wait in line for over an hour just to access some government services. In the end the service delivery is usually very poor so I wouldn’t say it’s worth the wait 🙁
I remember I once had to wait 2 hours for a bus that never showed up. It was obviously not a worthy wait lol.
In high school we used to queue for food. I could queue for 30 minutes and it was well worth it.
I once spent 3 hours in a bank waiting to be served. It was worth the wait as I got my money in the end 🙂
