    This looks like an electrical tester. Or I think that’s what it was called. I might have seen something similar to this in my grandfather’s things.

    I am not sure what type of instrument is this. This is the first time that I saw this. I don’t think it still works though.

    Modern instruments rarely use analogue meters anymore. This must be a very dated device.

    My guess is an old meter? I have seen my dad use this before although it is on the shed now. Technology made it obsolete but it still has the memories though.
