The whole place looks very dangerous, it could fell down at any time.
Badly abandoned but I think with a little effort it can be a good place.

Really damaged and needed a real work to put in place again. So many abandoned buildings now adays.

It does not look like you can play golf in here anytime soon. This does not remotely look like a golf course. Where is the green and the equipment? This is bad. Very bad!!!
