Being ambitious will allow you to move forward and reach the goals you have set. However, it can become a double-edged sword.

I agree but the same can be said with too much diplomacy. A good example of it is the on going talks between the government in my country and the communist groups. For years talks had always been held but the war just escalates. If that is the case if I were at the helm I would have said talk is cheap, Let us fight.

I do agree with this. I hope communists will be able to read this. Nothing will ever change if you will use guns to prove your point, instead it will just strike fear and uneasiness among the people.
