If I need to cool down after a stressful day, playing softer music helps me relax and if I want to get charged up for a workout I need to listen to something high energy. Some of my favorite artists are The Beatles, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Foo Fighters and Audioslave. I can relate to their song lyrics and they always put me in the right zone.
